Who We Are
The Tennessee Society Daughters of the Revolution of 1776 is a lineage society dedicated to honoring the men and women whose courage, sacrifice, and service helped secure American Independence.
As descendants of those Patriots, we preserve their stories and the historical record while promoting the principles upon which our nation was founded. In doing so, we carry their legacy forward for future generations.

Our Tennessee Story Begins
In 2026, a group of Tennesseans came together with a shared vision: to establish the Tennessee Society Daughters of the Revolution of 1776 and create a place where Revolutionary heritage could be honored and preserved for generations to come.
This photograph captures our first organizational meeting, when most of our organizing group gathered to begin turning that vision into a state society. Today, that work continues as we welcome new members and establish chapters in communities across Tennessee.
